Nevada State Flag - First Day of Issue in Carson City

The Nevada Stamp Study Society had an exhibit and table inside the Nevada State Museum, just down the street from the State Capitol building where the new stamp was unveiled by Gov. Jim Gibbons.  The governor and Carson City postmaster were at our welcome table to sign covers after the official ceremony.
